By accessing and using the mosteirosplace.pt site you accept these terms and conditions in their integrality, as well as any other laws or regulations that apply to the site and the World Wide Web.
Content property
The site is exclusively owned and is operated by PMA Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, a company registered at the Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Ponta Delgada under the NIPC/VAT Number 513242651. All images belong to PMA Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda. and may not be disclosed on other platforms or used for other means and purposes without the entity PMA Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda., authorize.
Booking conditions
We accept reservations made by telefone, email, online system on the website www.mosteirosplace.pt or on the web platforms where Mosteiros Place is present. After the reservation process all the information will be sent to be confirmed by the client. After validation, it is necessary to make a payment (bank transfer, credit card) of 50% of the total cost of the reservation. The deadline for payment is 24 hours and it is required to send the confirmation of the payment to the following email to reservas@mosteirosplace.pt. After receiving it your reservation will be confirmed by the tourist resort Mosteiros Place. Reservations will be validated depending on the order of arrival of booking confirmations.
When booking, and if it is necessary to change the apartment during the stay, for technical or other reasons, the guest accepts this change.
Payments
At the time of reservation it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount of the stay being made by bank transfer. The Mosteiros Place has the right to ask for alternative payment or additional identification. All extra charges during your stay will be charged at the time of check-out. It is required to deliver the key cards of the apartments, otherwise the Mosteiros Place is authorized to use the credit card (discounting 10€). Accepted payment types are only by credit / debit card, bank transfer or cash.
Children
If a baby's crib is required, guests must advise when booking (subject to request and availability).
Extra Bed/Sofa bed
If an extra bed/sofa bed is required, guests need to advise when booking. The extra bed/sofa bed has an extra cost of 30€ per day per child / adult, with breakfast included. Maximum number of extra beds/sofa beds per apartment is two.
Smoke
Smoking is forbiden in all Mosteiros Place area.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the tourist apartments Mosteiros Place, with the exception of guide dogs.
Security rules
We ask that you consider the basic security rules to prevent any incidents in the apartments. Its only permited the acess to Mosteiros Place to registed clients.

Promotions have detailed terms and conditions for each situation.
Arrivals and Departures
Entrance times at the Mosteiros Place tourist apartments are from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, and departure time are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. With prior notice and according to availability of Mosteiros Place, check-in and check-out times can be changed and adjusted depending on each situation. Therefore, please inform the Mosteiros Place team in advance about your time of arrival. You can use the special requests box during the booking process or contact the property directly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have to be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival, being possible to refund 50% of the total amount of the stay. Within 30 days prior to arrival, upon canceling your reservation, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be not refunded. In case of no-show at check-in you will be charged a cancellation fee of the total amount of your reservation.
Occupation
The capacity of each apartment is two people with breakfast included, with the possibility of accommodating two more people.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay at the Mosteiros Place Apartments is two nights.
Extras
In case of extra consumptions or damage caused in the enterprise not detected or not charged until the date of check-out, the enterprise reserves the right to charge them to the guest. This will always be done after contacting the customer by telephone or email.
